Success and failures are common in any industry, so are hits and flops in film industry. But few directors manage to impress the audience irrespective of the movie’s result. Most of the times their movies become hits, even if they are flop on commercial scale, they still impress the audience. That is the reason why they have their own following among audience who watch their movies irrespective of the talk. Here is a list of such Tollywood directors who rarely disappoint.

  1. Anil Ravipudi

    Anil Ravipudi made a striking debut as a director with Kalyan Ram starrer Pataas which was a super hit at the box office. With his first film itself, Anil Ravipudi proved his worth as a writer and director. He continued his success streak with his second film Supreme featuring Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles. Supreme was a major success at the box office. His third film Raja The Great gave Ravi Teja the much-needed hit and Anil Ravipudi scored a hat trick with this film. With just 3 films, Anil has proved that he is one of the best commercial film directors of this generation.

    Koratala Siva is a writer turned director who is known for delivering commercial entertainers with a message. He made debut as a director with Prabhas' Mirchi which turned out to be a super hit. He later worked with big stars like Jr NTR and Mahesh Babu and scored few more blockbusters like Srimanthudu, Janata Garage, Bharat Ane Nenu.

    This national award-winning director has always made movies ahead of their time. Probably the most underrated Telugu director ever. Many Telugu directors take inspiration from Hollywood movies, but a Hollywood movie 'Get The Gringo' was hugely inspired from his movie Okkadunnadu. Such is his class. One common point in most of his movies is the thrilling element which sets him apart from other directors.
